Gender Pay Gap Reporting

 

As an employer with over 250 employees All Saints Catholic Collegiate is required to submit a Gender Pay report on our website and on the government’s online reporting service by 30th March 2020. The data snapshot below is as at 31.st March 2019

 

In accordance with the regulations, certain sets of data are required to be published:-

 

  • The difference between the mean hourly rate of pay between male and female employees
  • The difference between the median hourly rate of pay between male and female employees
  • The proportions of male and female employees in each of the four equal pay quartiles

 

The schools do not pay bonuses so the requirement to report on bonuses is not applicable

 

Mean gender pay gap in hourly pay   15.98 % (17.6% 2018)

Median gender pay gap in hourly pay 35.97% (35.3% 2018)
